In
October of 2008, Casa Bella Verde broke ground after 3
years of planning and development. Designed to be
totally Green Construction, Casa Bella Verde offers
every advantage such as superior comfort, energy
efficiency and substantial cost savings.
IntegraSpec® played a key role in the
construction of this LEED Platinum home as the project
director, Briana Alhadeff would enthusiastically agree.IntegraSpec® was
incorporated in every aspect possible including all 8"
exterior walls, the infinity pool walls and sky bridge.
This home, although not yet completed has been featured in
many magzines such as ICF Builder and Innovative Home.
IntegraSpec® had a very exciting booth
this year at the 2011 World of Concrete. The design of
the booth displayed the many advantages of choosing the
most flexible and versatile ICF on the market today.
Attendees were able to see the Integra Difference
demonstrated within the open radius wall, staggered
stepped walls and quoin corners. The "play" area allowed
anyone to flip and reverse
panels, interlock webs and view the superior strength
with proper fusion within
every panel.

Street, Ottawa, ON.
The
video shows concrete placement in an ICF wall of a 6 storey
commercial building using a combination of versatile
applications such as ECF (Exposed Concrete Face) for the
elevator shaft only attainable with
IntegraSpec®. It then shows the placement of hollow
core slab on top of the IntegraSpec®
walls providing the extreme accuracy that most conventional
systems find difficult to accomplish.
